A global communications solutions provider in Santiago de Querétaro is seeking an experienced SMT Systems Operator. The successful candidate will operate automated production equipment, load machine feeders, inspect materials, and participate in inventory. Candidates should have knowledge of electronics, soldering skills, and 1-3 years of experience in an electronic production environment. This full-time role offers a dynamic work environment focused on teamwork and learning.

Formación

• 1-3 years’ experience in an electronic production environment is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English (read, write and speak) - desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated production equipment such as Dek solder paste printer, Panasonic CM-602L.
• Load machine feeders with components of different packing specs.
• Participate with inventory cycle counting.
• Inspect materials arrived from warehouse and separate defect materials.
• Ensure that the machines are operated correctly and safely.

Job summary:

The Surface Mount Technology (SMT) systems operator is a multi-talented person capable of operating automated production machines.

What you’ll do:

• Operate automated production equipment such as Dek solder paste printer, Panasonic CM-602L, BM-231. Panasonic BM-231. Flex placer, Stencil cleaner, Heller reflow oven, Automated Optical Inspection system, and other machines were needed.
• Load machine feeders with components of different packing specs.
• Participate with inventory cycle counting.
• Inspect of materials arrived from warehouse and separate defect materials.
• Ensure that the machines are being correctly and safely always operated.
• Other production duties as deemed necessary.

What we’re looking for:

Technical skills

• Knowledge of Electronics components.
• Having good soldering skills, being able to read assembly drawings, and to correctly use hand tools in electronic products.
• IPC-610-A.
• Knowledge of materials handling moisture sensitive.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

Required aptitudes:

Ability to work with minimal supervision, open to learning new tasks and teamwork. Have a positive attitude and be versatile.

Must have:

Having 1-3 years’ experience in an electronic production environment is preferred

Language requirements:

Able to communicate in English (read, write and speak). Desirable.

Education:

High school graduates or above.

Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered.
