This role requires strong leadership to mentor teams, oversee budgets, and ensure all necessary resources are optimized for efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering, extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, and proficiency in Microsoft tools. The position involves significant travel to support launches.

Formación

• 6+ years in Powertrain/Vehicle Operations manufacturing, design, or program management.
• Experience in launching new vehicle models into full-scale production.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for budget adherence across model launches.
• Ensure pre-production vehicle builds meet quality standards.
• Lead and manage cross-functional launch activities.
