You will lead design projects and advocate for a user-centered approach throughout product development. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in design, a Bachelor's Degree, and is skilled in UX/UI fundamentals and Figma. Join us to craft innovative experiences for our users.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience in a design role.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive UX design for connected home appliances.
• Champion user-centered design throughout product lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and maintain design standards.
• Lead development of scalable design systems for consistency.
• Communicate design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
