Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer RPA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent Automation Solution design
• Design, build, deploy and manage automation solutions using industry‑leading software like Blue Prism and UiPath, as well as solutions built using other technologies such as Python.
• Engage with clients at all levels across the organization, both business & technology functions.
• Nurture long‑term trusted advisor relationships.
• Train and manage junior staff and client staff, including quality assurance of client deliverables.
• Respond sensitively to client requirements and provide subject‑matter expertise.
• Pragmatic adaptable problem‑solver embracing challenge of defining innovative solutions to unique problems.
• Dedicated quick learner that continuously builds capability in own skill set and can master key technical, functional and professional skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.
• Comfortable researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
• Professional / Advanced English skills.
• 5 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in the area of Intelligent Automation.
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Office tools, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and / or other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver actionable insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
