A leading multinational company is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator to manage recruitment for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of recruitment experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a background in HR or related fields. Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment within multinational or consumer goods companies.
  • Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment and talent management.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple countries.

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and regional roles.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and attract top talent.
  • Manage and execute early talent initiatives, including Trainee and Internship Programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and improve recruitment processes.
  • Administer and optimize recruitment workflows through SAP SuccessFactors.

We’re Looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator

We are partnering with a leading multinational company in the consumer goods industry that is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator to join their regional HR team.

This position will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM, supporting key business areas and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Additionally, the role will coordinate Trainee Programs and University Relations, strengthening the company’s presence and employer brand among young professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate and regional roles (LATAM & Mex.).
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify and attract top talent.
  • Manage and execute early talent initiatives, including Trainee and Internship Programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and other academic institutions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
  • Administer and optimize recruitment workflows through SAP SuccessFactors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
