Strong technical skills in Time Doctor, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and automation tools are essential.

Leadership presence, influence over C-level decisions, and experience presenting performance plans are also key requirements. Certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, OKR Frameworks, or Lean Management are highly valued but not mandatory.
