Formación

• 8+ years of working experience in Test Engineering or related field.
• Proven record of successful change management and continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for test area assigned.
• Coordinate training for new hires and updates.
• Track and communicate changes to existing processes.
• Drive process improvement activities for New Product Introduction.
• Coach and mentor engineers within the Test Engineering team.
