Acting as a Senior Marketing Manager you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of medical device products. Your role will cover all Latin America for our Cranial, Spine and Technologies (CST) portfolio, requiring travel within the region (up to 50% of the time) to support regional initiatives and engage with stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations, to ensure all marketing activities meet industry standards. The position follows a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Guide product planning, launches, management, market development, and research by identifying customer needs and business opportunities to bring products from concept to market
  • Partner with global and local teams to identify marketing opportunities, manage projects through to completion, and coordinate regional activities to strengthen collaboration and build partnerships
  • Coordinate trade shows, website initiatives, e‑commerce strategies, and campaign tracking to evaluate results and recommend future marketing activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and implement marketing strategies tailored to the diverse market dynamics of Latin America
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and collaborate with clinical, education, and sales teams to deliver training and content that support proper product use
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand presence and track campaign performance, implementing data‑driven optimizations
  • Manage marketing program budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategic planning and lifecycle management, including launching products and innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish are required (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with knowledge of Latin American regulatory and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making in a matrixed environment

Proficiency in Portuguese is a nice to have.
