A leading aerospace manufacturer located in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, is seeking an Engineering Manager. This role requires overseeing engineering operations, improving manufacturing processes, and leading project management efforts. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, and 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and Oracle software is preferred. Candidates should also possess strong English communication skills and project management expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of Engineering Managerial Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review maintenance of material specifications and product drawings.
• Responsible for the maintenance of machinery and building.
• Assist in reducing established times.
• Work with production teams to resolve manufacturing process problems.
• Support determining root cause of persistent problems.
