THE WORK

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ML models for personalization and recommendation. Implement and experiment with advanced algorithms, including GNNs and candidate selection models.
• Contribute to the development of hybrid systems that integrate traditional ML models with LLMs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate business requirements into impactful ML solutions.
• Lead the full ML lifecycle, including data processing, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code for ML models and pipelines.
• Stay current with ML research and emerging techniques to continuously elevate technical standards.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models into production environments.
• Experience working with personalization, recommendation systems, or similar domains.
• Solid understanding of ML concepts, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
