Responsibilities include drafting commercial agreements, ensuring IMMEX legal compliance, and supporting HR with labor matters. Some light travel may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal roles relating to manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of IMMEX compliance and customs operations.
• Experience with international trade treaties (USMCA, WTO).

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support for corporate governance and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Ensure legal compliance of IMMEX operations.
• Provide legal advice on labor matters and support HR compliance.
• Ensure compliance with integrity programs and conduct training.
