Required Skills and Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in Power BI report development, data visualization, and DAX programming.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, especially in visual development and DAX programming.
• UI/UX skills for effective data storytelling and dashboard design.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (industrial engineering, finance, economics, etc.).
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Power BI, Looker, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, SQL).
• Willingness to rotate roles between visual and backend Power BI development.
