A multinational corporation is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel for Mexico and Latin America. The role involves providing legal advice on various employment topics, overseeing litigation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in law, fluency in English and Spanish, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Mexico and offers opportunities to work within a diverse legal environment.

Formación

  • Minimum of 8 years of labor & employment law experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior in-house experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide timely legal advice for labor/employment legal needs.
  • Guide People Team on hiring, performance management, and more.
  • Oversee employment-related litigation and manage outside counsel.
  • Monitor changes to employment and labor regulations.

Educación
