What You’ll Do
  • Builds strong relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Participates in business unit meetings to provide HR insights and workforce planning support
  • Advises on employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Coaches managers to foster a culture of accountability inclusion and engagement
  • Supports organizational change and cultural transformation efforts
  • Analyzes HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic actions
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Oversees recruitment processes and job description development
  • Supports workers compensation safety programs and leave administration
  • Maintains accurate HR systems and employee data
  • Mentors HR team members and contributes to HR projects and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Bachelors degree required. A degree in Human Resources Management Psychology Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 10 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws required.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development change management and leadership coaching.
  • Advanced in MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint along with strong web browsing and internet research capabilities.

May include variable start / end times outside of the companys standard business hours of 7 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

Compensation

Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to geographical location work experience skill set relevant trainings and certifications and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.
