As a Senior Fullstack Engineer focused on LLM/AI, you will play a key role in developing and scaling AI-powered training simulations that help individuals enhance real-world skills such as leadership, communication, and decision‑making. You will work on both backend and frontend components, building robust, scalable systems that integrate AI features, real‑time audio/video, and digital avatars. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and cloud teams to translate requirements into reliable, high‑performance solutions. You will also contribute to the migration and optimization of backend services, ensuring best practices, maintainability, and high code quality. This position offers the opportunity to innovate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment while working with cutting‑edge LLM and AI technologies.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using NestJS, Python, or Java to support AI‑powered applications.
• Build systems that simplify deployment, monitoring, and scaling of AI features in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS a plus).
• Support frontend components using ReactJS, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Contribute to backend migration projects and modernization efforts.
• Maintain high code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to software best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, fostering team collaboration and iterative delivery.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience in Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM and AI technologies, including model integration into applications.
• Proficiency in cloud services (Azure preferred; AWS a plus) and deployment practices.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, REST APIs, and modular architecture.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge within engineering teams is desirable.
