A technology company in Monterrey is seeking a MES Support Engineer to provide on-site support for MES applications. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with Ignition and Microsoft SQL, and strong communication skills. This role involves troubleshooting, application maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime. The position requires a proactive approach and familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Jira.

Job Title: MES Support Engineer (Ignition & Microsoft SQL)

Urgent requirement for a candidate with expertise in Ignition and Microsoft SQL to provide onsite support for MES applications during weekdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Job Description
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands‑on experience or strong knowledge in Ignition and Microsoft SQL.
  • Familiarity with Perspective/Vision modules in Ignition.
  • Prior experience in support projects is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of MES and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is desirable.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
