A global development company in Mexico seeks a CAD DESIGNER SENIOR to lead and coordinate complex automotive projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, particularly in developing and building 3D data. Strong communication and training skills are essential, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field. Knowledge in automotive interior components is expected. Proficiency in English is required, and German proficiency is desirable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, or Mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in automotive industry development.
• Knowledge in doors, console, and IP for Interior Trim.
• Advanced knowledge in DFMEA, DFA, DFM, GD&T Materials.
• Experience with plastic and metal parts.
• Fluent in English and desirable German A2.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex projects with clients.
• Develop and build 3D data according to construction standards.
• Create 2D drawings and apply knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Train team members and review their work.
• Communicate clearly with clients on problems and solutions.
