A leading global toy company is seeking a professional for planning and strategy execution monitoring. This role involves end-to-end development from portfolio selection to performance monitoring, requiring advanced analytical skills and knowledge of tools like Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to drive insights for the Andean region.

Formación

Job Description

Planning and strategy execution monitoring area with End-to-End development. From portfolio selection, pricing, and alignment with strategic topics for channel, brand, and country, to the follow-up and monitoring of sell-out performance, working cross-functionally with different areas (Commercial, Finance, Marketing, etc.).

  • Standardize processes and tools within the region.
  • Deliver insights and analysis for the Andean region, aligned with market strategy.
  • Analyze trends, connect with LATAM tools and local tools to provide guidance that supports decision‑making.
  • Direct exposure to executive‑level positions
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel (macros)
  • Advanced English
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI, Tableau
