A growing SaaS company in Mexico is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives. The role includes shaping sales strategies and fostering a high-performance team culture. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SaaS sales and sales management. This position offers a starting salary of $145,000 USD along with comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and unlimited PTO.
As a Sales Manager at Customer.io, you will lead a team of 6 Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will shape our sales strategy, foster a growth-oriented team culture, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Starting salary for this role is $145,000 USD base (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
