Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the base oils business across the industrial sector.
- Develop consultative sales strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and expertise for applications in rubber, tire manufacturing, and lubricants.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and value-added solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and margins to ensure profitable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical, commercial, and operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical-commercial field.
- Proven experience in consultative sales of chemicals, preferably base oils, lubricants, or related liquid chemicals.
- Strong technical knowledge of applications in rubber, tire manufacturing, or industrial lubricants.
- Track record of managing and developing key accounts in competitive markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
- Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel as required.
