A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking a Sales Engineer ELD (electronics dispensing) in Querétaro, Mexico. This role focuses on driving sales growth by leveraging technical expertise in the electronics manufacturing industry. Sales Engineer ELD (electronics dispensing)

As a Sales Engineer ELD (electronics dispensing) in the Industrial Assembly Solutions Customer Center Mexico, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and profound understanding of customer needs in the electronics manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for the sustainable, profitable growth in your assigned sales region, looking to grow our footprint in existing but also new customers. You will be the strategic partner of our customers regarding their manufacturing challenges and promote our adhesive dispensing equipment. You will report to the Business Line Manager IAS and work closely with the project team and service commercial teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Engage in face-to-face sales to new customers, as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and or spare parts through constant plant visits.
  • Develop the adequate offer and effectively close sales opportunities, maximizing customer satisfaction in the process.
  • Deliver sales pressentations and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
  • Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.
  • Travel extensively within your assigned sales zone, constructing strong commercial relationships and establishing a high level of trust with your customers.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience, working as a Field Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or in a similar role, ideally in the automotive or electronics industry.

  • University degree in an engineering career, business administration, or related field

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Querétaro, while being associated with our customer center in Mexico (MX).
