This remote role requires expertise in managing JIRA for project tracking and excellent organizational skills. The candidate should have a strong background in governance reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Formación

Project Overview

You’ll join the Revenue Process Automation (RPA) team within a global Revenue Transformation organization, part of a large-scale initiative aimed at optimizing sales, client success, and revenue operations.

RPA’s mission is to drive automation and productivity by partnering with cross-functional teams—Sales, Client Success, GTM, and Salesforce Engineering—to identify and scale process automations.

This role sits at the center of governance and delivery excellence: you’ll help the RPA team track progress, maintain visibility across automation initiatives, and support executive SteerCo reviews. You’ll act as the connective tissue between project contributors, ensuring accountability and continuous alignment with the broader transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update JIRA boards to reflect progress across multiple automation and tooling initiatives.
  • Track and consolidate project requirements, milestones, and governance deliverables.
  • Coordinate SteerCo readouts, prepare summary reports, and ensure consistent visibility into portfolio progress.
  • Follow up with project submitters to ensure timely updates, documentation, and adherence to governance processes.
  • Support cross-functional communication between RPA leadership, Sales Ops, and internal product/tech teams.
  • Maintain dashboards or reporting tools that visualize project health and prioritization metrics.
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven experience managing JIRA for project tracking and governance reporting.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience creating or maintaining project status reports, dashboards, or SteerCo presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams and follow structured governance workflows.

  • Familiarity with automation or process improvement initiatives in sales, client success, or revenue operations.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, GTM, or other internal tooling ecosystems.
  • Experience using Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools for documentation and tracking.
  • Prior involvement in AI/automation governance or enterprise program management.
Time Zone & Collaboration

The role requires collaboration with teams aligned to CST (Central Standard Time). Flexibility to overlap a few hours with North American teams is expected.
