A global technology and design firm is seeking an RPA Project Governance & Reporting Specialist to enhance automation and productivity. This remote role requires expertise in managing JIRA for project tracking and excellent organizational skills. The candidate should have a strong background in governance reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Help drive transformation by maintaining visibility into project progress and supporting communication among teams.

Formación

• Proven experience managing JIRA for project tracking and governance reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating or maintaining project status reports, dashboards, or SteerCo presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and follow structured governance workflows.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Fluent English for daily communication (both written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update JIRA boards to reflect progress across multiple automation initiatives.
• Track and consolidate project requirements and governance deliverables.
• Coordinate SteerCo readouts and prepare summary reports.
• Ensure consistent visibility into portfolio progress.
• Follow up with project submitters for timely updates.
• Maintain dashboards or reporting tools for project metrics.
