Formación

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish – speak and write fluently.
  • Comfortable with data and tools like CRM systems and dashboards.

  • Experience in travel or service management (B2B is a plus).

Responsabilidades

  • Be the go-to person for key partners and handle escalations.
  • Monitor ongoing cases in CRM and intervene early if needed.
  • Send regular updates to clients and check their satisfaction.
  • Monitor service metrics using tools like Tableau and SQL.
  • Join client meetings and ensure their voice is heard.
