The position is remote and targets individuals with at least five years of recruitment experience in Life Sciences or Medical Devices. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador and partner with hiring managers to ensure the candidate pipeline is strong and effective. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate proficiency in deep web sourcing techniques.

Formación

• Minimum of five years recruiting experience in-house, RPO, or agency.
• Experience using recruiting technologies for efficiencies.
• Ability to adapt to compliance standards.
