A legal solutions firm is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to maximize revenue generation and drive client conversions. Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience – You know how to close deals and exceed quotas.
  • Tech‑Savviness – Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Caret Legal and Clio, as well as virtual communication tools.
  • Previous Experience – Prior experience with CRM and CMS software is strongly preferred.
  • Emotional Intelligence – You can connect with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.
  • Deep Understanding of the Psychology of Sales – You grasp client motivations and use that insight to drive conversions.
  • Fluent English (C2 Level). Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Your Mission
  • Maximize Revenue Generation – Retain and generate as much revenue as possible for the firm through strategic client engagement and conversion.
  • Sales Process Management – Engage with warm leads and handle inbound inquiries to drive client conversions, identify client needs, effectively communicate the firm’s value and follow up to ensure client retention.
  • Strong Follow‑Up Process – Close clients by maintaining persistent and effective follow‑up communication.
  • Reengagement Campaigns – Implement strategies to reach out to past visitors who did not retain the firm’s services.
  • Engage and Convert Leads – Guide potential clients through consultations and the decision‑making process ensuring they retain the firm’s services.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets – Consistently hit performance goals and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Compensation
  • Base Pay: $9-10 per hour
  • Bonus structure
  • Hours: Monday‑Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM EST.
