Remote Marketing Manager Location : Remote (Based in Mexico preferred; fluency in Spanish a plus)

About the Role We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-informed Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, drive audience engagement, and support the promotion of our programming.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on growth, visibility, and brand alignment across multiple channels. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with program, education, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging, targeted campaigns, and performance tracking.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote classes, events, and membership programs.
  • Lead Google Ads and Meta campaigns, including a grant-based ad spend.
  • Build and manage email marketing efforts (Mailchimp) for newsletters and segmented campaigns.
  • Track conversions and report on funnel performance (traffic, acquisition, retention).
  • Social Media & Brand Presence
  • Oversee strategy and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity in collaboration with design contractors.
  • Content & Web Oversight
  • Manage updates to the organization's website (WordPress) and online shop (Shopify).
  • Maintain press archives, online listings, and digital calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with programming.
  • Manage project timelines in Asana and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in marketing, ideally in nonprofit, cultural, or education organizations.
  • Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Mailchimp, Shopify, and Asana.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Data fluency: confident tracking metrics, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Experience managing remote design teams or contractors.
  • Strong alignment between messaging, brand, and mission.
  • Improved conversion rates across digital platforms.
