You will work with customers to deliver exceptional implementation experiences for their HRIS systems. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate data migrations and system setups while creating user documentation and support materials.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries.
• Experience managing analyst functions in enterprise client systems.
• Ability to design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure exceptional implementation experience for customers.
• Support data migrations and system setups.
• Create UAT plans and test scripts for customer systems.
