About the Role:

Are you looking to relocate to the United States? We operate top-performing nursing centers throughout New Mexico. Many of our patients are Spanish-speaking! We would love to assist you in this journey. We will support your relocation, housing, and TN visa acquisition, guaranteeing a stay of up to three years with renewable extensions.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care within your scope of practice to meet patient needs, following standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have RN licensure in your home country
  • Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program
  • Proficient in English

Responsibilities:

  • Follow procedures for charting and incident reporting
  • Adhere to protocols for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
  • Document changes in patient conditions, including nutritional issues, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other notable changes
  • Use the Quality Life Manual for patient identification, placement, and monitoring
  • Notify relevant departments of room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges
  • Conduct rounds with physicians as needed
