A sustainable energy solutions company in Mexico City is looking for an IT Field Engineer to support users and maintain the IT infrastructure across multiple sites. The role requires knowledge of Windows OS, network equipment, and ITIL fundamentals. Candidates should be proactive and willing to travel. Formación

• Experience with Windows client and server OS.
• Experience working in global standard corporate client infrastructure.
• Experience with network equipment and cabling.
• Familiarity with server raids and ups systems.
• Understanding of centralized infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with ITIL fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Support users in main offices and service sites.
• Maintain IT infrastructure and stock management.
• Create and maintain site-specific documentation.
• Install network devices and service servers as needed.
