Regional Digital Marketing Leader (LAC)

As an outstanding leader and digital marketer you will be a key member of the Marsh McLennan Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) and the digital marketing lead for your assigned region. Leading and coaching a team digital marketers you will play a critical role in delivering our global digital marketing strategy and ensuring related execution across regions and countries. As a member of the regional marketing leadership group you will partner with the broader marketing and communications team and business stakeholders on online governance and performance to drive a globally aligned consistent user experience effective localization best-in-class processes / workflow implementation and martech ROI through strong adoption.

You will bring a combination of proven strategic and executional ability strong communication skills and the ability to advise senior leaders and stakeholders. This role provides structure to unstructured situations leading discussions at multiple levels of the organization to facilitate understanding and engender support and forward action.

As an experienced data‑driven digital leader you will be well‑versed in online strategy user experience design content strategy web / mobile / app analytics multi‑channel digital acquisition marketing SEO / SEM strategic partnerships and more. Passionate about moving digital marketing into entirely new spaces you will remain at the forefront of martech and wider capabilities including AI technologies.

This role will be based in Mexico City (Arcos Bosques). This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We Will Count on You To (Examples Include but Are Not Limited To)

• Ensure our global digital marketing strategy takes into consideration regional requirements and objectives using strong data-driven insights and best practices.
• Advocate for the regional needs and advise regional marketing and business teams on digitals objectives roadmap and best practices.
• Partner with regional teams to improve search email paid and web performance.
• Input into regional objectives and KPIs ensuring alignment with business goals for lead generation client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead and coach a team of digital marketers while building their capabilities and ensuring consistent high-quality delivery.
• Drive the implementation of new digital projects and help drive adoption of new tools and processes.

What You Need to Have :

• Excellent strategic and exceltruation ability strong communication skills with the ability to confidently influence and direct multiple stakeholders including C-suite leaders and direct reports.
• Ability to lead and execute multiple projects direct reports stakeholders and deliverables simultaneously and a proven ability to flex own style to be both strategic and hands‑on when .
• Strategy‑oriented with deep expertise in business and broad knowledge of enterprise management and stand‑out level of problem solving.
• Proven in‑depth digital marketing expertise across the buyer journey from search to conversion to authentication strategies including strong knowledge of related tactics including personalization and best‑in‑class execution. 12 years related experience.
• Knowledgeable about core and emerging technologies that will continuously improve the performance of our digital client experience and digital marketing investments.
• Superior analytics skills to track and measure performance and make data‑driven decisions (including A / B testing).
• Future‑minded digital marketer willing to innovate and push the boundaries to ensure digital presence that drives user experience client engagement and accelerates pipeline growth and sales including lead generation conversion and e‑commerce sales.
• Ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment and balance the needs to a global center of excellence model with supporting the local team and business requirements.
• Excellent communications skills English and local language verbal and written.
• Relevant qualifications / certifications in a gile program / project management a nalytics & mining tools and digital delivery strategies 10 years related experience.
