A leading manufacturing company in El Salto, Jalisco is seeking a Quote Analyst to handle new business opportunities and resolve supplier issues. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Finance or Materials, advanced Excel skills, and strong negotiation and analytical abilities. This role requires effective communication with both internal and external customers and the ability to work under pressure.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance / Costs or Materials.
• 85% proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

EXPERIENCE: In the area of Finance / Costs or Materials / Financial Program of at least 1 year.

KNOWLEDGE: Advanced Excel / 85% English spoken and written / Costs / Materials / Oracle / MS Office.

SKILLS / ABILITIES: Teamwork, negotiation, analysis and troubleshooting attention to detail, work under pressure, work under objectives, very analytical (a).

PERSONALITY TRAITS: Responsible, organized, proactive, with initiative, committed, a sense of urgency, driven byresults.

JOB DESCRIPTOR

Quote Analyst : Works on new or expanded business opportunities. Sends RFQ to established supply base to gather quotation information to present to customer. Resolves part number issues with suppliers and gathers other relevant information to complete quote. Issues between sales and customer are normally escalated to lead or manager. Uses established criteria to determine which supplier to use.
