Responsibilities
  • Lead competitive analysis, market segmentation, and trend forecasting to support business strategy and product innovation.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align research findings with business objectives.
  • Identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and evolving consumer expectations to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings through comprehensive reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to senior leadership.
  • Establish strong relationships with research agencies, data providers, and industry experts to enhance research capabilities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • ***** years of experience in consumer research, market insights, or strategic analysis within the mobile phone or telecom industry.
  • Proven track record in conducting end‑to‑end market research (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, purchasing behavior, and brand perception in the mobile industry.
  • Strong expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, data visualization & research tools (SPSS, SAS, Python, R, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with global and regional mobile markets, including emerging trends and technological advancements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to influence decision‑making.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
