A leading automotive manufacturer in Silao, Mexico, seeks a Cafeteria Manager to oversee daily operations of cafeteria services. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food service administration, and possess intermediate English skills. This full-time position requires on-site work and offers the chance to enhance customer satisfaction through quality service and effective vendor management.
Knowledge of SCM and Cority systems, GMAS, applicable NOM's and MX Regulation.
Encourage supplier personnel participation in GM activities. Keep standard processes and CIP concepts like GMS. Promote Contractor's WoC.
Understanding of NAS (incident registration and quality indicators). Promote BIQ4 processes like GMS. Audit and countermeasures for gramming, WPO. Hygiene and costumer's service.
Ensure timely and promptly services deliveries. Comply menu options, snack, special options and overall contract conditions. Familiarity with ISO 9001, Distintivo H, and Distintivo M standards. Accuracy employee's pay roll charges.
Knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance (including indicators).
Budget (BDGT), forecast (FCST), contract comply penalties and recoveries. ARIBA and SAP PR and PO's management. Timely comply payable accounts.
