A leading automotive manufacturer in Naucalpan de Juárez seeks a supplier management expert to develop strategies and manage supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Responsibilities include processing Purchase Orders and fostering supplier partnerships in a dynamic environment.

• Process and expedite Purchase Orders to procure materials and tools.

Descripción del empleo

Your expertise in supplier management will be essential in developing data-driven strategies and building strong supplier relationships in a dynamic and challenging environment. Your main activity will be processing and expediting Purchase Orders to procure the materials and tools required to sustain our operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering degree (Desirable).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
• Highly organized self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills
• Negotiation skills (even in a position of limited leverage)
• Must be a self-starter / motivated and be able to work both independently as well as a team setting
• Strong analytical skills
• Preferably with experience on managing Ford Purchasing Systems (CMMS, WIPS) and Engineering (WERS, GPIRS)
• Material Planning & Logistics; Product Development, Finance, Supplier Technical Assistance and other Purchasing experience
