What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Program Manager to own and drive end-to-end product development—from ideation through implementation and adoption—in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly technical environment. This role supports the successful planning, execution, and reporting of product releases, strategic initiatives, and enterprise compliance certifications.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Scrum Masters to maintain a well-prepared backlog.
  • Lead capacity planning, quarterly and release planning, scrum-of-scrums, and program reviews.
  • Provide data-driven insights into timelines, quality, and technical debt.
  • Coordinate demos, stakeholder updates, and executive-level briefings.
  • Support compliance initiatives such as IRAP, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001.
  • Track and report progress using tools like Aha, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability.

Success in this role means delivering high-quality products and services predictably, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders, and continuously improving execution frameworks.

Who You’ll Work With

On our team, we:

  • Operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and compliance to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Services, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Report into the Product Engineering Program Management organization and collaborate with global teams across the enterprise.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager or Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record leading medium-to-large scale programs using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a technical environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Technical background with prior experience as a developer or tester.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices and cloud technologies.
  • Experience delivering software-as-a-service and working with global teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI, product hardware, and software lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Lean, XP, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
  • Experience with compliance and certification programs (e.g., FedRAMP, ISO).
  • Ability to integrate into early adopter processes and drive continuous improvement.
