The PS Operations Specialist, Sr provides support of our Professional Services management and delivery teams from quote to revenue recognition and acts as a backup to other team members. Works to improve processes and policies to drive revenue and margins for PS.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Assist with leading smaller projects and supporting team members in their tasks.
  • Compile data and assist with analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the gathering of business requirements for system design, improvement, and configuration. Aid in the development of policies, processes, and programs that drive Professional Services growth strategies.
  • Work closely with the Resource Manager to handle requests, resourcing, scheduling, and follow-up as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Pricing, Marketing, Consulting Operations, IT, and Development, to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflows, leading to exceptional customer experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in the enhancements process, ensuring accurate documentation, development and approvals for Professional Services-related data.
  • Take responsibility for training and executing additional tasks, activities, and processes managed by Professional Services as they arise.

  • Experience with Salesforce and Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Certinia experience is a plus.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or Associate degree or a related field of study preferred.
