The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, fluency in English, and a commitment to quality and teamwork. Formación

• 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to coach and facilitate Technicians.
• Experience in implementing quality and productivity improvements.

• Lead and implement maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the compliance of the production plan in a time.
• Responsible for the professional development of his/her Technicians
• Be a coach and facilitator for Technicians.
• Apply the WCM focused on the quality and Plant productivity.
• Effective implementation and leadership of the Autonomous Maintenance in order to improve quality and productivity.
• Being a leader and encourage teamwork with service areas
• Involvement in the process for production troubleshooting, maintenance and Die room.
• Initiate disciplinary measures according to company policy
• Provide a positive, motivating example for technicians.
• Conduct training or authorize training of production technicians.
• Monitoring compliance with World-Class Teams.
• Fluency English
