Job Description
  • Support Consumer Products Manager to develop strategies to improve product performance based on analytical findings, enhancing customer satisfaction and product success.
  • Develop new strategic alliances for the different products in the portfolio
  • Coordinate and manage external providers of Local Benefits provided in Market, including Invoice monitoring and contract compliance.
  • Manage and monitor performance of Card Value proposition benefits, identify potential gaps and work with Consumer Product Manager to close these gaps to comply with SLA’s
  • Collaborate with Regional Product team to establish best practices.
  • Coordinate Product budgeting activities with Local Finance and Regional Product teams
  • Provide data-driven insights that help in making informed decisions about product development and sales strategies.
  • Analyze product performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales team to optimize product features and functionality based on data-driven insights.
  • Monitor product profitability and product enhancement’s budget.
  • Report on product performance, market trends, and strategy recommendations to stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Proven knowledge of the Payments industry experience at payments fintech, global payments network, leading consumer bank, or related payment companies.
  • Project management desirable
  • Knowledge of the card payment economics and business model, strong analytical and quantitative abilities to perceive trends and opportunities. Strong bias towards data-based decision making and comfort with financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Tableau and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, manage uncertainty.
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral.
  • Strong financial skills. Proven experience in elaborating budget forecasts.
  • He/she must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment translating high-level guidance into detailed deliverables.
  • Passion for technology and payments industry.
