A leading technology company in Monterrey is seeking a Procurement Specialist to assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency in the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in procurement software. Formación

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Assist in the procurement process by resolving Past Due issues.
  • Communicate purchase order terms to suppliers for favorable pricing.
  • Maintain master data according to Sourcing Strategy.
  • Help with invoice resolution to suppliers.

Description

In this role you will impact the organization by assisting in the procurement of goods and services ensuring timely delivery and contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the procurement process by identifying Past Due issues and resolving them.
  • Understand Purchase Order terms and conditions to communicate effectively with supplier to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Help with master data maintenance according to Sourcing Strategy.
  • Help with invoice resolution to suppliers.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • English Advanced
