A multinational technology company is seeking a candidate to perform various technical duties and participate in projects aimed at improving process efficiency. Responsibilities include training new staff, maintaining confidentiality, and reporting on progress. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a track record of performance. This role is positioned in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.

Formación

• 1-3 years work experience is preferred.
• Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
• Participates in projects to improve overall process and technical efficiency.
• Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures.
• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/materials.
• Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems.
• Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
• Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency.
