We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive professional to lead process enhancements, product customization, and cross‑functional initiatives that ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across our manufacturing operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Process and Product Optimization : Design, develop, and enhance manufacturing processes, products, and materials, ensuring compliance with quality and performance standards.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Lead projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity gains, applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Technical Development and Rapid Prototyping : Create and validate solutions through 3D modeling and prototyping (SolidWorks, Inventor, 3D printing), driving technical innovation.
- Industrial Layout Design and EHS Compliance : Plan and update factory layouts using AutoCAD to optimize ergonomics and production flow, while managing change processes with a strong focus on Environment, Health & Safety.
- Project Management and Quality Support : Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery, while supporting failure analysis, material testing, and supplier qualification.
- Documentation, Technical Consulting, and Training : Maintain process documentation and standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide technical guidance and training to foster operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Production, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience (+2 years) in industrial environments, particularly in process engineering, materials development, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, Inventor), plus experience with rapid prototyping and 3D printing.
- Background in project and change management, with a strong focus on EHS compliance.
- Intermediate English proficiency, including technical reading, writing, and communication skills.
