Una empresa automotriz líder en Saltillo busca un ingeniero con experiencia en mantenimiento para cumplir objetivos de producción y calidad. Se requieren habilidades en programación de PLCs, conocimientos avanzados de hidráulica y neumática, así como un nivel de inglés del 80%. Formación

• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz.
• Conocimientos en mantenimiento y operación de equipos automatizados.
• Conocimientos avanzados de Office.

Responsabilidades

• Proveer instalaciones que cumplan con objetivos de producción y calidad.
• Promover el desarrollo y la capacitación de oficios calificados.
• Seguir la metodología de mantenimiento de Stellantis.

Overview

Provide all necessary facilities to meet production, quality, safety, cost, and environmental objectives in the General Assembly area, complying with QMS requirements; maintaining the availability of the equipment required to meet these objectives, promoting the development and training of skill trades, and following the Stellantis Production Way Maintenance methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities to meet production, quality, safety, cost, and environmental objectives in the General Assembly area, in compliance with QMS requirements and maintaining equipment availability.
• Promote development and training of skilled trades within the maintenance organization.
• Follow the Stellantis Production Way Maintenance methodology.

Qualifications

• Ingeniero Mecanico, mecatronico, industrial, o a fin. Minimo 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz
• Ingles 80% minimo
• Programming of Allen Bradley 5, 500, and 5000 PLCs using RSLOGIX software. Handling of different communication protocols like Ethernet and DeviceNet. Advanced knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, motor control (electrical, control), and mechanics. Knowledge of the maintenance, operation, and handling of KUKA and NACHI robots. Knowledge of Atlas Copco, Stanley, and CLEKO torque tools. Knowledge of different types of conveyors (power and free, chain on edge, inverted power and free, overhead, flat, electrical monorail system and feed conveyors). Knowledge of automated equipment. Advanced Office package.
