A leading energy solutions company is seeking a planner in Supply Chain and Logistics to manage inventory and optimize resources. Candidates should have at least 3 years of scheduling experience and strong data analysis skills, along with bilingual English–Spanish capabilities. This position is based in Tijuana, Mexico.

Formación

• 3 years of experience as a planner or scheduler in aerospace, automotive, or medical companies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and control inventory levels of raw materials and components.
• Ensure necessary materials are available to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor deliveries of raw materials from suppliers.
• Use historical data and forecasts to anticipate demand.
• Coordinate resources to improve operational efficiency.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management

Data analysis skills for forecasting and optimization

Ability to work with material planning systems such as MRP

Communication and coordination skills

LNI, LAE, Logistics Engineering

Bilingual English–Spanish

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Plan and control inventory levels of raw materials and components to optimize costs.
• Production Planning: Ensure that necessary materials are available to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate and monitor deliveries of raw materials and components from suppliers.
• Data Analysis: Use historical data and forecasts to anticipate demand and plan proactively.
• Resource Optimization: Coordinate resources to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Emergency Management: Take quick action to address emergencies arising from unforeseen material needs.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of production processes and supply chain management.
• Data analysis skills for forecasting and optimization.
• Ability to work with material planning systems such as MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Communication and coordination skills to work with different departments (production, purchasing, logistics) and suppliers.
• LNI, LAE, Logistics Engineering.
• 3 years of experience as a planner or scheduler in aerospace, automotive, or medical companies.
• Bilingual English–Spanish.
