Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential. Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong ability to work with large datasets, conduct analyses, and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity

As an HR Ops Sr Analyst, you will play a key role in enabling the successful adoption and utilization of a People Analytics Platform across the organization. You will act as a functional expert, supporting global stakeholders through change management initiatives, training delivery, and engagement strategies. This role involves triaging issues with technical context, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in analytics adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a People Analytics Platform adoption and engagement through training, communication, and change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to design standardized analytics services aligned with business needs.
  • Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HR systems, surveys, performance evaluations) to provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor and measure impact of talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies using a People Analytics Platform.
  • Define and deliver analytical products that transform HR data into tools supporting strategic workforce decisions.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to address workforce challenges and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery against SLAs/KPIs and establish review and tracking processes.
  • Maintain data quality standards and drive operational efficiency across analytics processes.
  • Support issue triage and resolution, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential. Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Data Literacy: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with R, Python, or SQL is a plus.
  • HR & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of HR practices, talent management, and organizational development to interpret data in business context.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with large datasets, conduct analyses, and derive actionable insights.
