This Day shift role (Monday–Friday, 7 : 20AM–4 : 56 PM) offers the chance to be the face of IT, solving real‑world tech challenges and ensuring smooth operations for our on‑site users.

Deliver ready‑to‑use computers and provide desk‑side support to users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues requiring physical intervention.
Guide users through self‑service tools and provide ad‑hoc training.
Manage inventory and update asset records in CMDB.
Coordinate logistics for device shipments and warranty cases.
Support IT equipment in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
Host and assist third‑party technicians on‑site.
Monitor computer rooms for optimal functionality and compliance.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
Fluent in Spanish and English , with strong communication skills.
Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS.
Legal authorization to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship available).
