A leading advanced materials company in Atlacomulco seeks a professional to monitor electric brush production and manage customer documentation. Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, ensuring shipping compliance, and providing customers with timely updates on their orders. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree and experience in customer service or a similar role, along with strong knowledge of supply chain processes and proficiency in ERP and Excel.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a similar position or 2 years in customer service positions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the execution of the electric brush production plan.
• Issue the finished product shipping program and schedule deliveries.
• Deliver shipping information to Finance and assist in generating invoices.
• Receive orders, print work orders, and capture order information in the database.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their orders.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of the supply chain

Experience using ERP

Intermediate-advanced level Excel proficiency

Knowledge of inventory control

Educación

Completed Bachelor's degree
