• Experience in a similar position in an electronic manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Guide department activities for product design and production improvement.
• Explore technology trends and plan projects.
• Contribute to resolving manufacturing feasibility and customer demand.
• Forecast operating costs and prepare budget requests.
• Develop strategic plans and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
• Review resource requirements for materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate production activities across functional groups.
• Select and develop personnel for efficient operation.
• Ensure production quality and cost targets are met.
• Handle complex problems through data evaluation.
• Review budgets and schedules as required by management.
• Maintain relationships with key executives or customers.
• Resolve controversial situations and influence management.
