• Minimum of 10 years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the Mexican healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Leads Access Teams and develops local VAP & HEOR strategies.
• Responsible for sales at public Institutional and Private channels.
• Builds strong stakeholder networks and monitors healthcare environment changes.
