A leading agricultural company is seeking an Outbound Transportation Specialist in Mexico to manage transportation logistics effectively and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and be proficient in English. This is a full-time role within the Supply Chain Management division, focused on optimizing operations and driving improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years cumulative experience in Distribution and/or Logistics.
• Experience in Transportation carriers Management and distribution network design.
• Strong understanding of global distribution trends and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Drive selection and engagement of qualified carriers for material transportation.
• Oversaw application of HSE principles across transportation operations.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Implement, monitor, and ensure compliance regarding market returns processes.
• Lead design and execution of innovation and automation initiatives.
